One of our Middle School Crossroads Counselor's is hosting an upcoming event called, "Empowering Parents:  Navigating Drug Trends Together," which will provide information on current adolescent drug trends, parent/child talking points, social media and marketing schemes, resources, protective factors, and resilience.  Door prizes, community resources, and Narcan training and distribution will also be available to attendees.  Our entire team will be there supporting this event and the parents that attend.

All students - regardless of age - are at risk of substance misuse now or in the future, and your help spreading the word about this event through all channels possible is so appreciated.  Please share this information generously with your school's families, staff, students, and any other community members you feel would benefit.  I hope to see you there as well!
